I apologies for being absent for a few days, I needed to practice what I teach and attend my needs with quiet time to be, to feel and to heal. Practice self love!!

Here we are in between eclipses when a lot is changing and the universe gives us another spice to the existing busy dish.

Tuesday 9th of July #mercury (mental, communication, expression) retrograde will conjunct #Mars (fire, warrior , action, Masculine, anger) on the 4th degree of Leo (Authentic self). This is the 2nd out of 3 conjunctions (1 – 20/6, 2 – 8/7, 3 – 4/9) take notes in order to see the pattern. Together they will square #Uranus (sudden, eruption, rebellious).
This is very impulsive, provocative energy with lots of Nervous system activity, rushed thinking, strong urge to break free from restrictions and rebel against the authority.
Potential for loosing our temper, arguments, upset feelings, lack of concentration (not great at all for study, paperwork), misunderstanding, changes in the plans, disruptions, conflicts.
Yes I know you must be thinking… great another challenge to the already uncomfortable process, but we must remember all challenges present us with an opportunity to improve, overcome, achieve!
What should we do…
– Practice self awareness, patience, self control, breath!!!
– Sound Healing Meditation will help for sure!!! 🙂
– Think 3 times before you act or speak. now that you are aware use your awareness to your
benefit.
– PLEASE pay EXTRA attention on the roads when driving!!!
– Pay attention when dealing with technology or electricity
– Find creative outlets in a safe environment – bang that drum, go for a walk/run, Gym,
cleaning your room/house will clean your head, gardening, etc… burn that fire in a constructive way that will not harm anyone.
AVOID spontaneous decisions/agreements/actions,
AVOID impulsive reactions & arguments which could lead to disruptions & conflict.
Mercury retrograde time table:
1. 20/6 – 7/7 – Mercury moved from 23rd degree cancer to 4th degree Leo
What ever happened in that time will give you insight to your process around thinking/communication/transportation/technology issues.
2. 7/7 – 31/7 – Mercury retrograde back from 4th degree Leo to 23rd degree Cancer
processing, experiencing, redefining, rethinking, reassessing
3. 31/7 – 15/8 Mercury moves forward from 23rd degree Cancer to 4th degree Leo
Finalization of the process, getting it right and making the changes
* Interesting point that I will dive deeper into is that the first out of 3 conjunctions of Mercury and Mars took place on the 20th of June a day before winter solstice and it happened on the 22nd degree of Cancer.
it was opposite Pluto & Moon on 22nd degree of Capricorn which is the degree of the big moment which will come on the 13/01/2020 Pluto-Saturn conjunction. (Trump was minutes away from bombing Iran which could have triggered war after the oil tanker explosion, Hong-Kong protests, Facebook ‘Libra’ cryptocurrency announcement, Bitcoin took off to a new high, etc…)
So that was touch base number 1 then Mars & Mercury traveled together into this conjunction (touch base number 2) and from now Mercury will travel back all the way to the 23rd degree Cancer which is 1 degree after the degree of the last conjunction – Picking up the lost pieces from that time in order to reassess.
this game of planets aligning around the 22nd-23rd degree of Cancer/Capricorn is becoming more and more interesting and invigorating and I believe that as the time unfold there will be many more significant events taking place on this degrees.
